Inside Sales Agent - Charlotte, NC

Provida Group, the leading provider of automotive warranty products, seeks successful, experienced inside sales professionals for immediate openings at our Charlotte, North Carolina location. We are growing and are searching for quality people who desire more than just a job. You must possess a successful sales track record to be considered for this position.

 

The Inside Sales Agent is the "front line" point of contact with vehicle owners contemplating the purchase of an extended warranty.

 

The work environment is a fun, energetic, highly competitive sales call center where you will receive rewarding commissions for your ability to close sales.

 

Automotive knowledge is extremely helpful. Finance Managers are also encouraged to apply. Can you follow a proven process? Can you handle objections? Do you have a positive track record of closing sales? If all your answers are "YES", then we would like to talk to you.

Inside Sales Agent Responsibilities

Converting inbound/outbound calls into sales.


Promoting and selling extended warranties using a structured sales methodology.


Using computer based tools for quoting, tracking and order placement.


Building and maintaining strong customer rapport.


Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty. Building and maintaining strong customer rapport.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Proactive and quick thinking with a positive attitude is essential.


Excellent listening skills with ability to ask guided questions towards closing the sale.

High level of focus and attention to detail.


One year of sales experience required.


This position requires the ability to use computers and various software programs simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.


College degree or equivalent work experience.


One year of sales experience in a call center environment.


Prefer experience in managing calls with a CRM system such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft CRM.


Resilient personality with the ability to handle all types of call situations

Our employees enjoy working in a Business Casual environment with Flex Scheduling. The call center is open 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday. Candidates must be open to working one Saturday shift per month. Pre-employment background screens and drug tests will be conducted.
